Privacy policy

This policy explains what Ebizon Digital Pvt Ltd (“we”) collects when you use Download Your Site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• The website address you submit and the copy we make of it: its pages, images, styles, fonts and scripts.
• Your email address, if you enter it to open a finished export.
• A hashed form of your IP address, used only to apply the per-visitor export limit. We do not store the IP address itself.
• Payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and processed by Stripe. We receive only a payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.
• Technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as request times and error messages.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in to the admin area, a session cookie is used.

How we use it

• To create, store and deliver your export, and to process your payment.
• To email you a link to your export. We do not send newsletters or marketing to that address.
• To prevent abuse and keep the Service running.

We do not sell personal data.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel (hosting and file storage)
• Stripe (payments)
• Zoho ZeptoMail (sending email)

These providers may process data outside India, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

Exports, and the email address attached to them, are deleted automatically 7 days after the export was created. Payment records are kept by Stripe, and by us where the law requires, for accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to delete an export early, by emailing accounts@ebizondigital.com. We will respond within 30 days.
