Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Download Your Site (the “Service”), operated by Ebizon Digital Pvt Ltd(“we”, “us”). By starting an export you agree to them.

What the Service does

You give us the address of a publicly accessible website. We load it in a browser, save the pages and files it serves, and package them as a static copy you can preview for free and download as a ZIP file after payment.

Your responsibilities

• You may only export a website that you own, or that you have the owner's permission to copy. You confirm this each time you start an export.
• You are responsible for how you use the copy, including any copyright, trademark, licence or privacy obligations attached to its content, fonts, images and scripts.
• You must not use the Service to copy sites for phishing, impersonation or fraud, to reach private or internal systems, or to overload any website.

We may refuse, stop or delete any export, and block further use, if we believe these terms have been broken or if we receive a credible complaint from a site owner.

What an export includes

An export is a static copy of the site as a visitor's browser receives it. It does not include anything that depends on the original platform's servers, such as editor or CMS access, databases, form handling, search, member logins, carts or checkout. Each export covers a limited number of pages, size and time, so a large site may be captured only in part. The free preview shows exactly what you would download.

Price and payment

Each export costs $9 as a one-time payment, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. There is no subscription.

Storage

Exports, including their preview and ZIP, are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically. Download your ZIP within that time.

Usage limits

We limit how many exports each visitor can start in a period to keep the Service available for everyone.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that every page, script or feature of a website will be captured or will work identically in the copy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an export is limited to the amount you paid for that export, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, revenue or business.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you start an export applies to that export.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
